Agriculture plays an important part in Ireland and food exports have always occupied a large section of the Irish economy.

We do of course acknowledge and promote the concept of “shopping local” and for this reason we do not aim at competing with organic farmers in other countries.

However, Irish organic beef is so much appreciated and sought after that we decided to select a few of the most delicious meat cuts and offer those as “authentic Irish speciality” to passionate steak lovers outside of Ireland.

This range is called “Organic Steak House”. We like this name as it stands for excellent quality at a reasonable price.
